The Rise Of The Crepe

12 June 2018

From its humble beginnings in the basement of Notting Hill Arts club, Crepe City has since risen to trainer fame, hosting the mass descent of trainer aficionados from across the UK and around the world. Akin to Berlin's Solemart or other adored Sneakerness conventions, Crepe City is the UK largest sneaker festival, facilitating trainer lovers to buy, sell and trade crepes, as well as socialise with fellow trainer admirers.

As a lifestyle, fashion and footwear festival Crepe City showcase leading streetwear brands from around the world, and s host to the world’s largest market of exclusive and hard to find sneakers. The event this year exhibited ranges from Asics and Saucony, as well as hosting the age old battle between Adidas and Nike, ranging from the classic Air Max to the more recent and coveted Nike Air Yeezy 2s.

Founded in 2009 by friends Ronal Raichura and Paul Smyth, Crepe City festival is built upon an ethos of quality and innovation, existing to support and celebrate new old older brands alike, an ethos that is mirrored by the team here at Dot2dot branding. Working with the boys over at Crepe City on their branded products such as lanyards and pin badges has inspired us to up our sneaker game! We look forward to heading down to the Old Truman Brewery next year to join the congregation in sneaker heaven.
